Hey, Myrtle Beach! The World Championship Chili Cook-Off is this weekend, Friday through Sunday, at the Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place. The ultimate chili fest will feature hundreds of flavors of award-winning chili for your sampling pleasure. The event includes live music, including Jake Hoot, winner of season 17 of The Voice. Other activities include a cornhole tournament, Family Fun Zone, cooking class, hot-wing eating contest and more. Gate admission is free, but for $15 you can taste any of the 500-plus chili flavors and vote for your favorite. More than 200 teams from around the nation will compete in the event, which is sponsored by Bush’s Beans.
