How would you like to spend the night in new studio digs in downtown Myrtle Beach?  Our history is getting a facelift and some new uses, thanks to renovations underway in the Arts & Innovation District.  Ten studio-like lodgings now occupy the second floor of what once was Edwards Five & Dime.  Grand Strand Brewing Company occupies the first floor and fronts on Nance Plaza, while the new overnight accommodations offer a unique way to be a guest in downtown Myrtle Beach.  The units have an industrial feel, but with modern, up-to-date finishes, and are available for overnight stays from an online resource.
