Runoff Election is Tuesday, November 19

It’s back to the polls for Myrtle Beach voters on Tuesday, November 19. A runoff election will be held for the undecided seat on City Council. Polls will open at all 14 precincts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Any registered voter in the city may vote in the runoff, even if you did not vote in the general election last week.

City Council seats are at-large and nonpartisan. Once the polls close, the Election Commission will tally the votes at the Ted C. Collins Law Enforcement Center, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. The Election Commission then will meet at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, November 21, to canvass the votes and certify the runoff results.
