Myrtle Beach announces solid waste schedule for Thanksgiving holiday

Looking ahead, we have a change to the previously announced Thanksgiving holiday collection schedule for solid waste and recycling in the City of Myrtle Beach.  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday zones will be serviced as usual, November 21-23.  However, Thursday’s zone will be serviced on Wednesday, November 23, instead of on Friday, November 25.  Thursday’s customers will need to put their solid waste and recycling out on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, if they are to receive service that week.  This will allow our Solid Waste staff to enjoy a longer holiday period with their families.
