What do the flags on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk spell?
Have you seen the nautical flags on Myrtle Beach’s newly-resurfaced boardwalk? The semaphore letters spell out M-Y-R-T-L-E B-E-A-C-H, as shown in this illustration of the design. This portion of the boardwalk is between Eighth and Ninth Avenues North.
