Seven officers who graduated from the SC Criminal Justice Academy and one transfer from Surfside Beach joined the Myrtle Beach Police Department on December 21, 2018. The eight new officers joined the force during oath of office ceremonies at the Ted C. Collins Law Enforcement center. Family members and loved ones pinned on their new badges.
