Both novices and Northerners are enjoying a chance to show off their ice skating skills at Myrtle Beach’s Winter Wonderland at The Beach. The holiday event runs through January 2 (except for Christmas Day) and includes a large walk-through light show, as you’ll see in these photos from Visit Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The real ice skating rink opened Friday, along with a large walk-through light show that covers much of the Burroughs & Chapin Pavilion Place. Skaters of all ages and skills took to the ice this weekend to show off their moves. Winter Wonderland at The Beach is presented by the City of Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau.
