From blood pressure checks to hearing tests, you could find it for free at Myrtle Beach’s annual Health Fair. The event was held at the Myrtle Beach Sports Center during October. Vendors from the local healthcare community were on hand to answer questions and provide information. Other community partners offered their services to the public. The event was open to all, including City of Myrtle Beach staff members.
