Myrtle Beach’s historic Charlie’s Place is the site for a small business vendors’ market on the third Saturday of every month. From clothes to bows, jewelry to plants and crafts to desserts, you’ll find it at the Market at Charlie's Place, 1420 Carver Street. The weather was overcast with occasional sprinkles this past Saturday, but the market still offered a wide array of handmade and homemade items. The market is open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the third Saturday of each month, through December. Charlie’s Place is both a business incubator and a museum of bygone times, before integration, when Charles and Sarah Fitzgerald operated a motel and supper club in the Green Book days.
