- ANEX 19-02 4105 and 4107 Little River Road: Proposal by Yosi Benezra to annex approximately 0.632 acres on Little River Road, near Longleaf Place (TMS #174-09-01-030 and #174-09-01-035), and rezone the property from Horry County SF6 to Myrtle Beach RMM (Multifamily Medium Density) for the purpose of residential development.
- Z 19-02 CPC 14th Avenue North: Proposal by CPC Oceanfront Delaware to rezone approximately 2.16 acres between Ocean Boulevard and Chester Street (PIN #42415040199, #42415040200, #42415040201 and #44402010431) from MUH (Mixed-Use High Density) to A (Amusement) in order to accommodate a mix of family-centric uses not allowed in the MUH.
