  2. PRE-FIN 22-11 Marion Circle:  Request by Laura McBride (Mark McBride, agent) to subdivide approximately 0.67 acres at 5614 Marion Circle (PIN #42110030024) zoned R10 (Single Family) into two parcels of 17,111 sq. ft. and 11,765 sq. ft.
  3. ANEX 22-05 Ocala Street and Mr. Joe White Avenue:  Request by MMH Properties (Brett Callaghan, Progress Companies Agent) to annex approximately 1.64 acres at the corner of Mr. Joe White Avenue and Ocala Street (PIN #42512040039) into the city limits and rezone the property from Horry County LI (Limited Industrial) to MU-M (Mixed Use – Medium Density) to allow city water and sewer service for construction of apartments. **Public Hearing**

PRE-FIN 22-12 Nash Square:  Request by Hinson Properties II, LLC (Walter Warren, Thomas & Hutton Agent), to subdivide approximately 14.82 acres along Agnes Lane (PIN #44100000566) zoned Centre Pointe PUD (Planned Unit Development) into three parcels of approximately 8.66 acres, approximately 2.15 acres and approximately 4.01 acres.
  5. TEXT 22-13 Coventry Marketplace Signs:  Request by Coventry Marketplace, LLC (Walter Warren, Thomas & Hutton Agent), to amend the Clemson Tract PUD to modify monument sign requirements and to add additional signage for shop and outparcel tenants. **Public Hearing**
  6. Z 22-02 1278 Pridgen Road:  Request by Shamah Investments, LLC (Dan Park, Earthworks Group Agent), to rezone approximately 0.76 acres (PIN #44307040183) from R7 (Single Family) to RMM (Multifamily Medium Density) to eliminate a nonconforming commercial use and replace it with development consistent with adjacent multifamily zoning. **Public Hearing**

PRE-FIN 22-13 Sam’s Club:  Request by Sam’s Real Estate Business Trust (Pamela Parker, Vaquero North 10th Partners, LP Agent), to subdivide approximately 16.4 acres at 1946 Mr. Joe White Avenue (PIN #42500000305) zoned HC-1 (Highway Commercial) into two parcels of 679,149.22 sq. ft. and 35,440 sq. ft.
