- PUBLIC HEARING TEXT 21-06 17th Avenue PUD Amendment: Proposal by Tim Wilson (owner, representative for MBSC OZ Holdings) to amend the 17th Avenue North PUD to allow paid parking.
- PRE-FIN 21-07 Belle Harbor: Proposal by Thomas and Hutton (agents for Lennar Carolinas) to amend Belle Harbor Phase 4 and Phase 6 subdivisions to accommodate new Phases 7, 8, and 9 outside the city limits. Proposal includes making a street connection at Pearl Pine Ct. and Little Egret Pl. to connect to development outside of city limits.
- Comprehensive Plan Update: Review draft of Housing and Resiliency elements.
