Potential new business items for public hearing at the March 19 and April 2, 2019, Planning Commission meetings:
- TEXT 19-02 CBD/Vape Ordinance: Proposal by City Council to regulate CBD and vape sales in the City of Myrtle Beach.
- TEXT 19-04 Age of Manufactured Homes: Proposal by city staff to limit manufactured homes moved into the R5 (Single Family Residential) district to be no older than 9 years.
- TEXT 19-05 Indoor Urban Micro Farms: Proposal by Seaside Greens to amend Appendix A, Zoning to allow Indoor Urban Micro Farms in the MU-M (Mixed Use Medium Density) district, and in other districts as the city deems appropriate.
- Z 19-01 HC Along 3rd Avenue S: Proposal by staff to rezone properties along 3rd Avenue South from HC-2 (Highway Commercial) to HC-1 (Highway Commercial) to accommodate the current character of the street.
