Sign, Lighting and Building Permit Applications

  1. Palmetto Goodwill – 2754 Agnes Lance:  Requests approval of (1) 6’7”w x 5’h pan-embossed face and (1) 6’7”w x 2’4”h pan-embossed face mounted on a 10’ tall monument sign, (1) 15’2”w x 30”h channel letters and logo mounted to front of building and (1) 10’1”w x 2’4”h building mounted directional sign.  In addition, requests approval of (6) 25’ tall pole mounted parking lot lights and (20) building mounted lights.   2. Shoreline Parking Solutions – 1501 North Ocean Boulevard:  Requests approval of (4) 25’ high pole mounted Santee Cooper parking lot lights. (Owner/Santee Cooper)
  3. Myrtle Beach VA Outpatient Clinic – 1800 Airpark Drive:  Requests approval of (51) 25’ high pole mounted lights and (37) building mounted lights. (Oculus Inc./Melton Electric)
  4. Henderson Rentals – 404/406 Broadway Street:  Requests approval of the changing of the existing 20’ long awning to a solid black Sunbrella awning.  In addition, requests a conceptual/final review for the repainting of the building. (Budget Awning/Owner)
  5. Wells Fargo ATM Kiosk – 7651 North Kings Highway:  Requests approval of (4) 3’7”w x 2’2”h vinyl signs mounted to ATM Kiosk roof and (1) 3’1”w x 18”h vinyl sign mounted above ATM window.  In addition, request a conceptual/final review for a walk-up ATM machine inside Northwood Shopping Center parking lot. Building Permit Applications

  1. North Industrial Lot 55 (Stone Corp. Warehouse) – 1583 American Way:  Requests a final review for a 7,825 square foot office/warehouse, dumpster enclosure, parking and landscaping. (Previously heard on 06/04/20.)(B Design)
  2. Dick’s Sporting Goods/Golf Galaxy – 300 Coastal Grand Circle:  Requests a final review for landscape revisions to reflect previously approved building revisions. (CBL Properties)
  3. Pine Grove Apartments – 1200 Pine Grove Drive:  Requests a conceptual/final review to replace the existing shingle roof with a metal roof. (Ace Solar & Roofing)
  4. 810 Bowling – 1220 Moser Drive:  Requests a conceptual/final review for installation of 8’h aluminum picket fence railing around outdoor dining area. (Owner)
