Building, Signs and Lighting Applications

  1. Haverty’s Furniture – 1100 Seaboard Street:  Requests approval of (2) 25’6”w x 5’7.5”h channel letters mounted to building and (1) 14’5”w x 3’2”h channel letters mounted to building.  In addition, requests approval of (28) building mounted lights. (Nova Lighting/Owner)
  2. North Industrial Park - Lots 52, 30 and 31 (A&I Fire & Water Restoration) – 1548 American Way:  Requests approval of (10) LED building mounted lights and a conceptual/final review for a 20,543 square foot building, asphalt parking lot with landscaping, dumpster enclosure and a gravel parking lot. Building Permit Applications

  1. The Market Common Townhomes, Tract R7, Building #2, Lots 22 to 26 – 2789 Howard Avenue, Units A through E:  Requests a final review for a townhome building with (5) 2,665 square foot 3-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom units with landscape plan. (Previously heard on 08/01/2019) (Sands Building Group)
  2. Marriott Tower (Dual-Branded) – 2004 North Ocean Boulevard:  Requests a final review for a 26-story 208,833 square-foot building comprised of 230 units, rooftop amenities and landscaping. (Previously heard on 12/16/2018) (LS3P)
  3. Krager Townhome – 3584 Evergreen Way:  Requests a conceptual/final review for a 6’h white semi-privacy vinyl fence on left side of rear property and a 4’h white semi-privacy fence around remaining rear property. (Action Fence Company)
  4. Mena Townhome – 3586 Evergreen Way:  Requests a conceptual/final review for a 6’h white semi-privacy vinyl fence on right side of covered patio in rear yard and a 4’h white semi-privacy fence around remaining rear property. (Action Fence Company)
