Sign, Lighting, Awning and Building Permit Applications

  1. Claudia Robles Residence – 3902 North Ocean Boulevard:  Requests approval of (11) glass globe lights mounted to perimeter fence columns. (A different design was previously approved on 05/18/17.) (Owner)
  2. Myrtle Beach Golf Carts – 408 3rd Avenue South:  Requests approval for revisions to previously approved freestanding sign:  (1) 10’3”w x 5’8”h sign face and (1) 7’10”w x 3’11”h sign face on existing freestanding sign, (1) 31’w x 3’h channel letters mounted on building facade.  In addition, requests a final review for the exterior painting of the awning and building. (Freestanding sign was approved on 10/03/19.  The building mounted sign and exterior painting applications were heard on 10/03/19.) (ASL Signs and Services/Owner)

  2. Seafood World – 411 North Kings Highway:  Requests a conceptual/final review to replace lower level shingled roof to a metal roof. (Coastal Building & Development)
  3. Waffle House #2331 – 100 North Kings Highway:  Requests a conceptual/final review for 90’ of privacy fence along the south-east rear portion of the property. (Owner)
  4. Westgate Resort – 415 South Ocean Boulevard:  Requests a conceptual/final review for a 6’ tall 3-rail white aluminum fence with 4’ wide gate with self-latching system. (Action Fence Company)
