Sign, Lighting and Building Permit Applications

  1. Bubba’s Fish Camp – 1565 21st Avenue North:  Requests approval of (1) 6’5”w x 9’4”h embossed and pan face panel in existing monument sign, (1) 7’w x 8’8”h HDU and channel letter sign and (1) 7’1”w x 2’h routed sign cabinet mounted above restaurant entrance.  Requests (1) 9’5”w x 1’h and (1) 7’6”w x 1’h internally lit channel letters mounted to building facade.  In addition, requests a final review for exterior alterations.   2. Walmart Wine & Spirits – 655 Oak Forest Lane:  Requests approval of (2) 2’7”w x 2’11”h internally lit plastic “Walmart Logo” signs and (2) 12’8”w x 2’1”h internally lit plastic letters mounted to building façade.  In addition, requests a final review for revisions to previously approved plan for a 5,124 square foot new Liquor Box stand-alone building, dumpster pad with enclosure, parking, landscaping and lighting.(Previously approved 01/16/20.)(BRR Architecture)
  3. Carpet King and Flooring – 532 Broadway Street:  Requests approval of (1) 10’w x 18”h internally lit sign cabinet with acrylic faces mounted to building façade.  In addition, requests a conceptual/final review for the repainting of the building exterior and overhangs. (Baldwin Signs/Owner)
  4. DinoLand Café – 1012 South Kings Highway:  Requests approval of (1) 12’w x 5’h sign face on existing monument sign and a conceptual/final review for façade alterations. (Neon Works/Miller Design Services)
  5. Circle K – West Side of South Kings Highway and Center Street (PIN #446-11-01-0001):  Requests approval of (1) 5’7”w x 6’9”h sign face, (2) 5’7”w x 2’h sign faces and (1) 5’7”w x 3’h CEVMS on a 25’ height freestanding sign.  Requests approval of 12’8”w x 5’h internally lit sign cabinet mounted to building façade and (1) 12’10”w x 2’10”h channel letters mounted to gas pump canopy.  Requests approval of (9) pole mounted lights and (46) building mounted lights.  In addition, requests a conceptual review for a 5,187 square foot convenience store, gas canopy, parking lot, landscaping, dumpster enclosure and utilization of the existing stormwater pond.
