Review of Previous Plans and Studies 

Complete in early November

• Previous master plans and studies relevant to the area are reviewed and summarized for integration into the goals and visioning phase.  Additional documentation reviewed includes zoning ordinance, traffic studies, land-use plans, historical resources, etc.

Physical Assessment  

Complete late November

• Analysis of existing conditions will be summarized through review of city GIS data, field research, interviews, and mapping techniques.
