The Canal Street Recreation Center offers a
wide variety of recreational opportunities for all ages.
The center features a full-size gymnasium, weight room,
banquet hall
with mini-kitchen and ice machine, meeting rooms, game room, indoor
swimming
pool, dressing rooms, an arts and crafts room and two playgrounds.
The center is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fitness and instructional classes and activities are available. We also offer youth sports, aquatics, after-school youth care and various special events. The banquet hall hall and meeting spaces are available for activities.
