Christmas Towne, on the Plaza at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, was the place to be Thursday, December 6. A huge crowd of children and parents enjoyed music, singing, crafts, games, animals, pony rides, balloons and more. Everyone counted down to the tree lighting, and Mr. and Mrs. Claus were available for wish list readings and free photos. Christmas Towne is sponsored by the city, the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Cheerwine and Wendy's.
