Bingo players gather at the Base Recreation Center every Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to noon for free bingo in the big hall.  Douglas "Sarge" Williams calls the numbers as they come out of the machine.  "Bingo!" shouts a winner.  Crowds range from 100 to 300, depending on the season.  Each player brings a small gift for the prize table, and local grocery stores and restaurants donate goodies.
