A couple of times a week, Jenni and Rick Hines take their certified therapy dogs, Romeo and Sugar, to Chapin Memorial Library for a children's storytime session.  The children each have up to 15 minutes to read aloud to the dogs, who seem to enjoy the attention and experience as much as the kids do.  In addition to providing the dogs, the Hines' also help the youngsters with any difficult words they encounter.  The new program has proven to be very popular with both kids and parents.  Call Chapin Memorial Library at 918-1275 for more information.
