Monday, January 21, Myrtle Beach hosted its second presidential debate in 10 days when three Democratic candidates descended upon the Palace Theatre. The Congressional Black Caucus Institute and CNN sponsored the event. Once again, giant sand sculptures depicted the three contenders. New, though, was a sand statute of South Carolina's own Congressman James Clyburn. Media from across the country camped out in the parking lot, including CNN's Wolf Blitzer, working from a tent outdoors during the day. The lobby of the Palace Theatre served as the "spin room" for post-debate interviews. The week was so busy that we have a second set of photos for you to enjoy.
