On-Line Services and Forms

Myrtle Beach's E-Government Solution

The City of Myrtle Beach provides a number of on-line services and forms.  Customers may pay their utility bills on line, file a request for service, and even pay a parking meter violation via the Internet.  You also may call 918-1212 to pay utility bills with either Visa or MasterCard, or you may have your payment drafted directly from your checking account.  Call 918-1212 for details.

The city also offers a number of on-line forms for business licenses and other fees, as well as for employment applications and special events.  Please visit the links below for more information.  Simply download and save the desired form to your computer, then complete, print and send the form to the appropriate address via the U.S. Postal Service or by fax to 843-918-1210.  At this time, the city does not accept e-mailed versions of these forms (with the exception of certain employment applications, as indicated).

The Planning Department formulates recommended goals, plans, policies and ordinances that provide orderly growth and development for Myrtle Beach.
Experienced planners are available to assist with rezoning, annexation, subdivision of property, park design and neighborhood planning.  The following applications and forms will be helpful.

The Construction Services Department reviews and approves permits for residential and commercial construction.  Construction Services and the Community Appearance Board review and approve new signs.  The following procedures, schedules and forms apply.

For more information, contact Construction Services at 843-918-1111.

The city's Board of Zoning Appeals hears appeals from zoning decisions and considers requests for variances from zoning regulations.  The following forms are available.  Please be sure to read the application instructions.

For more information, contact the Zoning Administrator at 843-918-1167.
