The City of Myrtle Beach offers several ways of applying for positions through electronic means. Please follow all instructions. You may wish to print this page for future reference. ALL POSITIONS EXCEPT POLICE (follow instructions with care) Please download and complete the Standard Application to apply for open positions. You may e-mail the application as an attachment to Applications or print the completed application and send it by U.S. Mail to the Human Resources Department, P. O. Box 2468, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578. You may deliver documents in person to the Human Resources Department, 921-A Oak Street. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. NOTE: Before e-mailing the Word version of the Standard Application to Human Resources, save it as a Word document on your computer, using your last name and initials as the file name. Please e-mail that file to us as an attachment. ALL POLICE DEPARTMENT POSITIONS (follow instructions with care) Please download and complete the Word or PDF files containing the Standard Application, the Supplementary Application and the Importance of Honesty document and submit these with the other documents indicated below. A detailed explanation of the Police Department's hiring process is available. All applicants must review and sign the Authorization to Release Information.
