F.G. Burroughs-S.B. Chapin Art Museum hosts  Dia de los Muertos

Bring the family to the Myrtle Beach Art Museum this Saturday... The F.G. Burroughs-S.B. Chapin Art Museum hosts a Free Family Day from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October 27, to celebrate Dia de los Muertos (the Day of the Dead), Mexico’s most popular holiday. The Art Museum's annual festival offers fun-filled crafts and activities for all ages. Visitors can sample traditional breads and Mexican hot chocolate, learn about Mexican culture, listen to Mariachi Nuevo Guadalajara, hear folk tales, make traditional crafts, taste authentic Mexican food and more! Activities and family workshops include face painting, translation games, piñatas, painted pumpkin skulls, sugar skulls, bingo games, calavera masks and paper banners.
