"Concert of Hope," scheduled for Saturday, July 21, at Chapin Memorial Park

Community members, local businesses and the City of Myrtle Beach host a “Concert of Hope,” from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday, July 21, at Chapin Memorial Park, 1499 North Kings Highway. This event was created as a call-to-action to help combat homelessness, trauma victims, drug and opioid issues while providing resources to people in need that foster a path to recovery.

The event features ...live entertainment including national artists Josh Paul, Charles Scarlette, Doug Corum and regional gospel singing group, Reverend Larry Williams and the Christian Jubilee, with a special appearance by pastor and author, JP Miller.

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy games, music, food, raffles and fellowship. The Tabernacle of God Mobile Foodbank of Mullins will also be on site collecting non-perishable food items to distribute to less-fortunate people in the community.
