The Human Resources
Department is responsible for recruitment,
job classification, pay plan administration, benefits administration, and employee
relations. The department also provides on-going employee training and development, as
well as retention and recognition programs. Coleman Randall is the Human Resources Director.
To apply for a position with the city, the Human Resources Department is located in the City Services Building, 921A Oak Street. Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. Office Hours are 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
