- TEXT 18-18 Clemson PUD Amendments: Proposal by Thomas & Hutton (Walter Warren, agent) to amend the Clemson Tract PUD by updating exhibits for stormwater, water, and sewer; amend regulations relating to porches and alleys; and add signage exhibits for residential sales signage.
- TEXT 18-19 Centre Pointe PUD Amendments: Proposal by Dargan Grigg (Robert Shelton, agent) to amend the Centre Pointe PUD to allow digital changeable copy on property between Farrow Pkwy. and Agnes Lane.
- PRE-FIN 18-13 Hinson Properties/Farrow Pkwy.: Proposal by Hinson Properties (Robby Warner, agent) to subdivide a 1.00-ac tract between Farrow Pkwy. and Agnes Ln. from the 18.83-acre parent parcel (PIN 441-00-00-0566) for the purpose of commercial development.
- PRE-FIN 18-14 GDMB Lake/82nd Pkwy.: Proposal by GCMB Lake II, LLC (Robby Warner, agent) to subdivide a 4.59-acre parcel at the corner of N. Kings Hwy. and 82nd Pkwy. (TMS 165-00-01-091) into two lots (one being 1.03 acres, and the other being the remaining 3.56 acres) for the purpose of commercial development.
