1.  ENCR 18-01 Arbor Glen PUD Signage: Proposal by DR Horton (G3 Engineering, agents) to encroach into future public streets of the Arbor Glen PUD with blade signs and a structural signage component with water feature planned for the traffic circle.

2.  ANEX 18-01 9327 Cove Dr – Duffy: Proposal by Stephen Duffy to annex 0.53 acres located at 9327 Cove Dr (PIN # 394-06-01-0006) and zone to R-15 (Single Family Residential).

3.  STN 18-01 Yaupon Street Name: Proposal by neighbors along Yaupon Dr to rename a portion of Yaupon Dr to “Southern Pointe Dr”.
