Lighting and Building Permit Applications
- Coventry Crossing – Coventry Boulevard and Farrow Parkway (PIN #442-16-04-0020): Requests approval of (8) 14’ tall Santee Cooper decorative pole mounted lights and a conceptual review for a 4,621 square foot, three-tenant building with parking, landscaping and dumpster enclosure. - Exchange Apartments (formerly known as Grissom Tract Multifamily Development) – Marina Parkway (PIN #421-00-00-0015 and #421-00-00-0017): Requests a final review for a 300 dwelling unit multifamily development. The (11) residential buildings consist of (2) four-story buildings, (7) three-story buildings, (2) carriage buildings with residential space above a six-car garage, clubhouse, pool with pool fence, trash compactor enclosure, parking and landscaping.
