Lighting and Building Permit Applications

  1. Coventry Crossing – Coventry Boulevard and Farrow Parkway (PIN #442-16-04-0020):  Requests approval of (8) 14’ tall Santee Cooper decorative pole mounted lights and a conceptual review for a 4,621 square foot, three-tenant building with parking, landscaping and dumpster enclosure. Building Permit Applications

  1. Exchange Apartments (formerly known as Grissom Tract Multifamily Development) – Marina Parkway (PIN #421-00-00-0015 and #421-00-00-0017):  Requests a final review for a 300 dwelling unit multifamily development.  The (11) residential buildings consist of (2) four-story buildings, (7) three-story buildings, (2) carriage buildings with residential space above a six-car garage, clubhouse, pool with pool fence, trash compactor enclosure, parking and landscaping.   2. Walmart Wine & Spirits – 665 Oak Forest Lane:  Requests a final review for revisions to permitted plans to add an exterior door and storefront glazing changes. (CPH, Inc.)
  3. Carpet King & Flooring – 532 Broadway Street:  Requests a final review for revisions to permitted plans to add faux stone with ledger on the front of the building. (A1 Signs & Graphics)
  4. Brazilian Food Mart – 310 North Kings Highway:  Requests a conceptual/final review for a building mural. (Owner)
  5. Essex Holdings LLC – 7508 North Kings Highway:  Requests a conceptual/final review for façade and landscape alterations. (Ayres & Associates Architects, Inc.)
  6. Polofsky Residence – 8922 North Ocean Boulevard:  Requests a conceptual/final review to add a window in the kitchen, replace front door, rear balcony glass panels, replace existing deckboards with Trex and add a raised walkway from the second floor of the home to connect to a new dune walkover. (Bellark Construction)
  7. Brumfield Residence – 4302 North Ocean Boulevard:  Requests a conceptual/final review for an 11,406 square foot home (5,072 heated) with a concrete paver driveway and landscaping. (Nations Homes)
  8. Chartier Residence – 4710 North Ocean Boulevard:  Requests a conceptual review to replace exterior siding and roof finishes and replacement/realignment of windows. (Mozingo & Wallace Architects)
