Note:  Weekday rentals are limited due to local league play.

Bids shall be opened on April 2, 2010. The tournament that proposes the greatest economic impact will be awarded the date requested. Once the award has been determined, Recreation Staff will notify Tournament Directors. Field Rental deposits must be received within 10 business days upon notification of bid award. Failure to submit deposit within the designated time will result in forfeiture of award and loss of date. Attention is called to Section 4a of the Reservation Policy (Resolution R 2009-18). A Sample Insurance Certificate is available.

 Once bids have been awarded and deposits received, Tournament Directors will be sent the Field Rental Post Event Economic Impact Report Form and Sports Tourism Participant Survey. Surveys must be completed by each team participating in the tournament. The Tournament Director has five days after the tournament to submit the Post Event Economic Impact Report along with completed surveys to the contact name and address listed above in order to receive Field Rental rebate/relief.  Failure to submit Post Event Economic Impact Reports and Surveys will be considered on future bids.
