Corner Icon Certain activities and uses require special permission, as defined in the Special Events Ordinance.  This Technical Committee is composed of staff members from various departments who review Special Event applications prior to permit requests appearing on a City Council agenda.  The applications for Facility Use Permits and Special Events Permits are available on line.
