Performs unskilled to semi-skilled work to maintain facilities, grounds, transfer station equipment, rights-of-way, and water/sewer lines. Employees assist in constructing concrete work, including walkways, curbs, gutters, driveways, repairs drainage systems and catch basins; operate a variety of power and hand tools, and other related duties as required. Must have some experience operating a variety of power and hand tools plus be able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time. Requires High school or equivalent and valid DL.
