The City of Myrtle Beach has the following opening for the week of June 28, 2009. The Human Resources Department is located in the City Services Building, 921A Oak Street. The mailing address is P. Performs unskilled to semi-skilled work to maintain facilities, grounds, transfer station equipment, rights-of-way, and water/sewer lines. Employees assist in constructing concrete work, including walkways, curbs, gutters, driveways, repairs drainage systems and catch basins; operate a variety of power and hand tools, and other related duties as required. Must have some experience operating a variety of power and hand tools plus be able to perform manual labor for extended periods of time. Requires High school or equivalent and valid DL.
