Downtown Redevelopment Corporation

Business and Property Owners Survey

November 2006

At its November 8, 2006, meeting the Downtown Redevelopment Corporation [DRC] Board of Directors set in motion a process to determine the future funding priorities of public infrastructure projects in the Downtown District.

The Board desires your input and asks that you prioritize the projects proposed in the 1999 Pavilion Area Master Plan [PAMP].  Please take a few minutes to complete the survey below and return it no later than November 24, 2006, so that the DRC and Myrtle Beach City Council can consider your opinions.

Much has been accomplished in the public area, and private redevelopment and reinvestment is occurring now with many more projects on the drawing boards.  It is critical that public improvements and amenity enhancements continue on a regular basis if the Downtown District is to remain and grow as a major tourist and resident destination in the Grand Strand.

Please e-mail or call Nicole DeSantis at 843-918-1055 if you have questions.
