The implementation section of the
Pavilion Area Master Plan outlines a number of public actions required
to manage redevelopment in this area and to create economic resources.
Key components are public-private partnerships to insure orderly and
successful implementation of the Pavilion Area Master Plan. The
Downtown Redevelopment Corporation is the organization charged with that
task. Myrtle Beach is in the midst of a dramatic change....
