Corner Icon  The Pavilion Area Master Plan defines the redevelopment core as the area from Sixth Avenue South to 16th Avenue North, from the Atlantic Ocean to Oak Street and Broadway Street.  The Plan divides the area into five districts, each with a set of development goals....

The implementation section of the Pavilion Area Master Plan outlines a number of public actions required to manage redevelopment in this area and to create economic resources.  Key components are public-private partnerships to insure orderly and successful implementation of the Pavilion Area Master Plan.  The Downtown Redevelopment Corporation is the organization charged with that task.  Myrtle Beach is in the midst of a dramatic change....  GO DOWNTOWN!
