DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION:

All commercial projects, residential projects of two or more units and oceanfront residential projects, both new construction and any alterations that change the exterior appearance, must receive approval from the Community Appearance Board (CAB) before a permit can be issued. All accepted applications will be turned over to the Plans Expeditor who will process the plans thru all required departmental reviews.
