We are coming to the end of our program and are looking for feed back from our participants! We want to know how Choose to Lose worked for you and any ideas you have for improving the program. Chose to Lose is a 12-week program that includes training classes, weekly seminars and weigh-ins, special Saturday activities and rewards. Prizes are offered throughout as an incentive and reward to participants who meet their goals. Here's more information for the Choose to Lose Program.
