Human Resources & Organizational Development 
is responsible for recruiting, job classification, employee relations, training and pay plan administration.  Staff provide on-going training and development, as well as programs for retention and recognition.  Call 843-918-1114 or visit us in-person in the City Services Building, 921A North Oak Street.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
